2012 Lenten Study

24 Hours that Changed the World24 Hours that Changed the World:
A Lenten Study

Sundays, Through April 8
9:50-10:50am (during the Sunday School hour)

Led by Rev. John Bletsch, based on the book by the same title by Adam Hamilton. All adults are invited, especially those who do not currently attend Sunday School, but all classes are also encouraged to participate.  In 24 Hours that Changed the World, Hamilton takes us on a Lenten journey through the last days of Jesus' life.

No single event in human history has received more attention than the suffering and crucifixion of Jesus of Nazareth. In Hamilton's book, each chapter is designed to help you experience and understand the significance of Jesus' suffering and death in a way you have never done before. Whether you are a long-time Christian or are simply curious about the story of Christ's crucifixion, you are invited to join in the retracing of the last 24 hours of Jesus' life. A limited number of books will be available for purchase at the first class on February 26.
