Rev. John Bletsch, Associate PastorPhone: 336-299-1571, ext. 307 I have been on staff at Christ Church since 1998 after moving here from Charlotte. From the very first day, I have enjoyed the rich worship life and multifaceted program of this congregation. This is a church I would choose to belong to even if I weren't one of its pastors. I feel fortunate that my three sons are growing up in a church deeply dedicated to making disciples for our Lord Jesus Christ and empowering those disciples to extend the ministry of Christ into all the world. I am primarily responsible for congregational care, adult education, and communications. I work to help the church communicate the Good News of the Gospel and all that it has to offer to the larger community of Greensboro. I also assist the church in the development of ministries and programs that help adult members grow in their Christian discipleship. One of the things that I enjoy most in my ministry at Christ Church is the role I play helping the church employ the technology of the Information Age in the pursuit of its vision and mission. I believe that the church should make full use of new technology in its worship and programs to communicate the timeless message of Christian faith. Please contact me if I can help you learn more about this church or about becoming a member of this congregation. Click here to follow me on Twitter and read my daily thoughts and insights. |
