In addition to the annual Summer Mission Project to the Johns Island area of South Carolina, many local service projects are undertaken by various youth groupings. Such projects include the following:

• Preparing sandwiches for the Night Shelter
• "Adopting" families during the holiday season
• Preparing and sending "exam survival kits" to college freshman
• Visiting hospitals and nursing homes
• Working with Habitat for Humanity
• Preparing snack bags for Pathways residents
