Job Opening - Guest Services Coordinator
Overview: Christ UMC is seeking to hire a Guest Services Coordinator to cultivate a strong guest experience, to facilitate connections for people newer to the church, and help guide people through the membership process. This will also involve recruitment, training, and management of volunteer teams.
Qualifications: An ideal candidate has experience/training in hospitality, marketing, or customer service. The candidate should have strong relational gifts, organizational skills, technological abilities, and the ability to work with and manage teams. Above all, the candidate should have a passion to help people to feel welcome and to deepen their connection with the church community.
Hours: Average of 15 hours per week, including Sunday mornings and some during the week. A portion of weekday hours may be able to be completed remotely.
Compensation: Based upon experience and qualifications.
