MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF CHRIST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH:

From time to time, the CUMC Staff Parish Relations Committee (“SPRC”) may choose to open the application process for staff positions to church members. The highest charge and call of SPRC is to prayerfully discern the best person for a particular ministry, whether or not that person is a member of CUMC. Please understand and respect SPRC’s charge to obtain the best person possible for an open staff position regardless of church membership.
